You photographed six receipts on your phone, you have a screenshot of a booking confirmation, and the expense form wants a single PDF. Add them here. Each image becomes a page, and the number on its card is its page number. Drag a card to move it, or open its menu and use Move to… to type a page number. A receipt that came out sideways needs one tap on Rotate 90° clockwise. The settings button shows the page setup, for example A4 · Automatic · Small margin. Automatic gives a wide picture a landscape page and the others a portrait one, and every image is scaled to fit inside the margins without being cropped. For screenshots you will only read on a screen, Fit to image gives each page the shape of its picture instead. Tap Save PDF. The button shows the progress, the PDF is made on your device, and your browser starts the download. The strip below shows the number of pages and the real file size. If the form has a size limit, Smaller file reduces large images to at most 2000 px on the long side, and only where that really makes them smaller. What goes in: with Quality first, most JPG photos are added without re-encoding, and the screenshot is stored losslessly. iPhone photos saved as HEIC are converted to JPG, and their cards say so. What stays out: the location and camera details inside your photos, and your file names. The text on a receipt stays a picture of text, so you can read it but not search it. My guides cover page sizes, quality and file size, and making a PDF from phone photos and screenshots.

I'd love to know that someone came by — as a number, never a name. May I count your visit? And if an ad brought you here, may I tell that ad it worked?
